This Photograph is a part of my ongoing project of photo story “My Kolkata In Kolkata”.
I saw accross the city, there are many hard working labourers class people working continuously for 16 to 24 hours or even more to earn feew money. Yes, their earning is really feew than the way they works so hard to build and develop the city/cities. This scene was taken at a Metro Rail construction sight, when the labourers was in a Morning meeting. Through this image I simply tried to honour their community and their pride of making our cities beautiful and comfortable with their disciplined teamwork.
