I have found that as young Londoners we often face uncertainty in our actions when in the company of friends which leads to confusion and often requires someone to step up and take charge but a lot of the time we like to observe the condition before us or pass on the responsibility to someone else, never fully realising our potential to grow as leaders of our own experiences and inspire others to do the same.
