This photograph especially has a story behind it. On a trip to Atacames, Ecuador, I was on a tourists train and suddenly on our way, we were passing by one of the town’s spots where typically local people use the whole sidewalk as a “comedor”, as they call it. Basically these “comedores” are little spots placed all over a pavement, made out of tents, and serve as restaurants. So here comes the story, while we were at one of those “comedores” we saw a young lady from one “comedor” jumping out and running behind a crab that decided to scape of being eaten, the thing was that the little animal, went under the train, so nobody could see it. The cool aspect about this, was not just the whole situation it self, because I must say, the entire block was aware of what was happening and it was kinda crazy, but all of the particular movements the lady made to try and catch it, that really made me want to capture this moment.
