Street life in this part of Abidjan is very vibrant. I saw this man sitting on a rug, possibly before or after prayers, and I thought the objects in the frame made for a very abstract composition. One of Salvador Dali’s pictures came to mind, with the title of something or other “…with a side of bacon”. The man and the objects in the frame are rather random, but interesting at the same time.
