Logitech Announces the MX Creative Console

Logitech introduced the Logitech MX Creative Console, its first advanced control console for creative professionals, in July 2023, following its acquisition of Loupedeck.

The new MX Creative Console has a customizable keypad unit and a tactile dialpad, providing direct control over app-specific functions and shortcuts.

Photographers and videographers can use the nine customized full-color LCD visual display keys, which are sharp and brilliant (adjustable up to 600 nits), to swiftly access specific shortcuts, tools, and functionalities with a single button press.

The high-precision dial pad is a distinct but compatible instrument. It has four configurable buttons, a roller, and a vast revolving dial. The dial is also compatible with the Logi Actions Ring, a customizable on-screen user interface. The new Logi Options+ app controls this function, and the ring is accessed by a button on the MX Creative Dialpad.

In terms of connectivity, the MX Creative Dialpad only operates over Bluetooth, while the MX Creative Keypad requires a USB-C connection. The dialpad is powered by two AAA batteries, which Logitech claims can power the item for up to 18 months, while the keypad is charged by USB-C.

Users can create custom actions for their favorite programs by assigning keyboard shortcuts to various dialpad buttons.

The Logitech MX Creative Console comes in Pale Grey and Graphite, and it contains both the MX Creative Keypad and the MX Creative Dialpad. Both hues will be available starting next month for $199.99. The MX Creative Console also includes a three-month Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, which is applicable for both new and existing users.
