PolarPro Introduces RoadRunner Collection
PolarPro has launched the RoadRunner Collection, a new line of camera bags designed with mobility and quick access in mind. Targeted at photographers and filmmakers who work in fast-paced or outdoor environments, this collection includes five models: two backpacks (8L and 16L), two shoulder bags (6L and 12L), and a compact 1L sling.
The RoadRunner 8L Backpack weighs 878 grams and features a dual-side access system, abrasion-resistant ripstop nylon, padded dividers, MOLLE webbing, and an integrated rain cover. Despite its small size, it can carry one or two hybrid camera bodies, two to four lenses, an 11″ tablet, and essential accessories. The 16L version, at 1,337 grams, offers the same design but doubles the capacity, fitting two full camera setups with attached lenses, an extra lens, and a 13″ tablet. Both backpacks have external pockets and tripod straps, taking advantage of storage without adding weight or bulk.
The RoadRunner Shoulder Bags are built for top-access and crossbody wear. The 6L version, at 579 grams, supports a minimalist kit as a mirrorless camera with a couple of lenses and accessories. The larger 12L model, weighing 755 grams, is suited for professional setups, including telephoto zoom lenses or a compact drone. Each shoulder bag includes two internal dividers, tripod straps on the base, and a top-lid compartment for smaller items.
Finally, the 1L RoadRunner Sling stands out as the most compact bag of the series, weighting only 132 grams. It’s ideally sized for fixed-lens compact cameras and is well-suited for lightweight photography outings or scouting missions.
The RoadRunner bags are already available for purchase, with prices set at $49.99 for the 1L Sling, $99.99 for the 6L Shoulder Bag, $119.99 for the 12L Shoulder Bag, $139.99 for the 8L Backpack, and $179.99 for the 16L Backpack.
