Hello! My name is Alex and I live in Trento, a small city in northern Italy. I start photographing, collecting and documenting moments of life with one of the very first digital cameras, in hindsight I can already distinguish a veiled passion for the stolen moment in those first photographs. It took some time to give a name, and know how to call this genre of photography that is very popular, recognized and practiced today. Street Photography for me is a mixture of sensations and emotions. A fundamental component is inherent in the gesture of photographing without being noticed, shooting a somehow intimate moment in the life of people, things or animals, in the daily actions that take place in our cities, suburbs or rural areas. Another exhilarating / thrilling aspect is the uncertainty of that particular light, rather than that unusual or amusing gesture or attitude, which if we are good we will be able to store it in our memories. Each image always has a before and after, a story to tell. Over time I want to believe that I have honed certain skills; a certain visual attention and sensitivity towards what is around me, know how to read a scene and be able to prefigure that something extraordinary that very often happens around us.
