About me
I started to practice analogical photography mainly in colour when I entered university. Then I gave up, lack of time, great frustration, the rendering of the photos never looked like what I wanted. I had no control, I had to comply with photos taken by a laboratory. Two years ago, I rediscovered photography through digital technology, unlike some photographers who come back to film to find a certain authenticity, digital technology gives me a lot of freedom of expression.
My photographic practice is mainly related to street photography. It allows me to walk around Paris, or in the cities I visit, and at the same time to take pictures. I am interested in photos with a slight touch of humour, unusual scenes that can make you smile, always with respect for the person. Some of my favorite photographers are Joel Meyerowitz, Martin Parr, William Klein and the late Robert Franck.
