George Apostolou was born in Athens in 1995. He studied Film Studies in England at the University of Arts London and Met Film School London where he completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree in film direction. During his studies, he has directed and written scripts for nine short films. He has also participated as a first assistant director, producer and sound engineer in over 30 short and feature films. He has worked professionally as a freelancer director and producer in various music video clips and promotional videos, as well as a live stream director for cultural events and theatrical performances. During 2018-2019 he worked at Heretic Outreach based in Athens, next to recent Eurimage award winner producers Konstantinos Kontovrakis and Giorgos Karnavas. At the moment he works as a freelancer. In 2017 he directed his first professional short film "CONFESSIO" and currently prepares his second film titled "TELOS". In 2016 he was awarded the first prize by Web Series Festival Global for producing a mock TV show.
