Lawrence has been discovering new corners of the globe and trying to capture "decisive moments" for as long as he can remember. He’s spent some of that time pursuing photography for economic gain but can confidently say he does it for the passion of it. Lawrence has a degree in environmental studies, and has worked for non-profits and high tech. His photography has always reflected his deep love for wild places, and would never consider staging wildlife or altering a scene in order to distort reality. Lawrence has always sought to capture moments that he feels may never happen again, whether it’s a truly unique microsecond, or a tone of light, or a particular glint in the eye of the subject.
