The 7artisans 7.5mm F2.8 version II is an ultra-wide angle fisheye lens with complete manual operation.

Its optical system consists of 11 elements in 9 groups. The corresponding mount is Canon EF-M, Sony E (APS-C), Fujifilm X, Micro Four Thirds.

With an angle of view of 180°, this lens produces a dramatically curved perspective that bends straight lines and exaggerates the distance between subjects. It allows one to capture the entirety of a massive subject like a building or the ocean, opening up new possibilities and surprising results.

The symptoms of vignetting due to the conventional lens hood are improved by integrating the hood and the lens barrel. The lens mount parts are made of durable aluminum alloy, which is the material of aircraft, and can be mounted with high accuracy. In addition, the new metal lens cap has been improved to a covered type, making it easy to remove and install.

This lens can also be used for stitched full-screen immersive panorama shooting as well as VR material collection.

The price is expected to be around $210 (the current version sells for around $140).
