Ulanzi’s sub-brand Falcam has officially launched the Move LightGo, a motorized, remote-controlled light positioning system designed to simplify lighting setups and adjustments. This tool essentially adds a gimbal-like motorized head to your light stand, allowing for smooth, hands-free control of lighting direction. The LightGo enables precise dual-axis movement—offering 170° of tilt and 450° of panning— streamlining the process of repositioning lights.

The Move LightGo mounts to light stands and supports Bowens S mount lights, which makes it compatible with a broad range of lighting equipment up to 6 kg. The design extends the tilt axis forward, which overcomes the common issue of light stands interfering with tilt adjustments when using large lighting modifiers. As a result, users can achieve more flexible lighting angles than with traditional setups.

Control options for the Move LightGo comprise an included wired remote with four memory buttons, a Bluetooth-connected mobile app with a range of connection of up to 10 meters, and an optional 2.4G wireless remote with a range of up to 30 meters. Users can assign unique identifiers to multiple units, save preset positions, and easily recall them.
