Moment Unveils Six New T-Series Mobile Lenses
Moment has launched six new T-Series mobile lenses, a redesigned lens interface, and updated accessories to assist mobile photographers and filmmakers in improving the quality of their material. The T-Series, the brand’s third-generation mobile lenses, brings mobile photography and filmmaking closer to what can be captured on a full-size, standalone camera, according to the company.
“We made everything about T-Series better for newer camera phones. By designing these around wider field of views, larger high-resolution sensors, and more advanced image stabilization systems, we were able to achieve a new level of quality and compatibility across a wider array of camera phones,” Moment says.
The T-Series optics include an anamorphic 1.33x and 1.55x, 58mm telephoto, 18mm wide, 14mm fisheye, and Macro 10x.
Moment claims that all of the lenses would outperform prior versions, specifically producing sharper images and crisper video. The T-Series uses more glass to accomplish this, allowing them to function better with greater camera resolution and have enhanced MTF scores that match the up to 108-megapixel sensors used in today’s smartphones. It used high-quality, low-dispersion fluorite optical glass to reduce chromatic aberration, as well as additional elements to reduce distortion and boost resolving power at the frame’s edge.
Moment also enlarged the mounting interface of its lenses by 20%, allowing it to accept larger primary cameras and any sensor-shift stabilization that a company may employ. Moment believes that increasing the diameter of the mount allows more light to reach the sensor of a phone, reducing the possibility of vignetting.

Moment’s new T-Series is compatible with iPhones dating back to the iPhone 12 and a wide range of Android devices, including the Pixel 7, 7 Pro, and 8, as well as the Samsung Galaxy S24 and S23. The compatibility list for each T-Series lens can be found on Moment’s website.
Moment’s new T-Series 14mm fisheye and 10x Macro lenses cost $120, while the 18mm wide lens costs $140. The 1.55x and 1.33x anamorphic lenses and the 58mm telephoto lenses are all priced at $150.
