Nikon Unveils the New Limited Edition Heralbony Zfc Cameras

The limited edition Heralbony Zfc is available in four different types, each with superior exterior designs made by Heralbony Co., Ltd artists.

“Heralbony is a company that works to create a new culture through charity activities. Nikon was inspired by Heralbony’s objective to ‘Radiate Your Color’ and its wide licensed art collection featuring neurodiverse artists, which led to our cooperation,” Nikon explains. Nikon expects that the limited edition Heralbony Zfc cameras will allow photographers to express themselves more freely.

Nikon and Heralbony collaborated to pick four works of art from the Japanese art company’s inventory of over 2,000 pieces. Each of the four styles is available on either a black or silver Zfc body, giving photographers a total of eight new camera options to select from.

Each camera comes with the Nikon 28mm f/2.8 SE lens, which shares internals with the conventional Nikkor Z 28mm f/2.8 lens but has a retro-inspired outer look. The kits are named after their respective artists: Momoko Eguchi (Tokyo), Masaharu Honda (Saga prefecture), Teppei Kasahara (Saga prefecture), and Masahiro Fukui (Tottori prefecture).

Each artist uses a very different style. The Heralbony designs cover the front of each Zfc camera, changing the standard solid-color leatherette and extending to the back handle, with an isolated splash of artwork on the top of the viewfinder.

Aside from these cosmetic differences, the Nikon | Heralbony Zfc is similar to the normal Zfc. The camera features a 20.9-megapixel DX-format CMOS picture sensor and an EXPEED 6 processor.

The Nikon | Heralbony Zfc limited edition cameras have only been announced in certain global regions, including Japan and the United Kingdom. In the United Kingdom, the limited edition camera set costs £1,229.
