TTArtisan Releases the 50mm F/0.95 for Fujifilm X and Sony E-Mount APS-C Cameras
Chinese lens manufacturer TTArtisan has announced it’s adding two new mount options to its 50mm f/0.95 APS-C lens. Now, in addition to Canon EOS-M, Canon RF, L-mount, Micro Four Thirds, and Nikon Z-mount camera systems, Fujifilm X-mount and Sony E-mount users can get their hands on this affordable ultrafast prime. The TTArtisan 50mm f/0.95 is a compact prime lens with a length of only 61mm for a weight of around 411g. Like most TTArtisan lenses, this new 50mm f/0.95 APS-C lens is a fully manual lens, mainly made of metal.
The fully manual lens offers a roughly 75mm full-frame equivalent focal length and is constructed of eight elements in six groups. It uses a 10-blade aperture diaphragm, features multi-layer coatings on the individual elements, has a 50cm minimum focusing distance, and uses a 58mm front filter thread. In all, the new Fujifilm X-mount and Sony E-mount models appear unchanged from their Micro Four Thirds and Nikon Z-mount counterparts, down to the retro lens design, with a clicked aperture ring and focus ring with distance markings.

The TTArtisan 50mm f/0.95 is available now for $218. As a direct comparison, the slightly slower TTArtisan 50mm f/1.2 is $98.
