Zenitar 50mm f/0.95 Full Frame Lens Expected for This March
The Krasnogorsk Mechanical Plant, better known by the people under the Zenit brand, is expected to announce a long awaited 50mm f/0.95 lens for E Mount on March 15th.
Designed for a full frame format 135 and produced for Sony mirrorless cameras, in the future it is also possible to expand on the bayonet of other manufacturers.

Naturally, this lens can be put on the Sony E Crop camera, however, the maximum of their abilities can be revealed only on the full-frame matrix of the Sony a7/a9 series cameras. The minimum focusing distance is 70 cm, the diameter of the filter is 72 mm. The weight is 900 grams, the L-shaped aperture, which is unusual for today’s lenses, is used in the lens scheme, as a result of which it blurs the background, while looking at the lens it seems that it has two apertures installed one after the other.
