My name is Nilanjan Ghosh, am in service in Govt. of West Bengal and Photography is my passion. I am based in Kolkata, one of the vibrant cities of India. My country is filled up with different colours, cultures, religions, heritage, rituals, historical places and is bordered by spectacular mountains, seas as well as deserts. Whenever I get time, I use to travel and roam with my camera to capture these vibrant colours of life, cultures and emotions of people, interesting places where I find the true essence of people and place as well. Initially I started taking pictures in point and shoot camera but for the 3-4 years, I have shifted to DSLR because I found that my passion become more intense and interesting. I have achieved Federation of Indian Photography, Artist (AFIP) distinction and this year I have already submitted my distinction for AFIAP (Artist Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique), AFIP (Artist Federation of Indian Photography), EFIP (Excellence Federation of Indian Photography), EFIAP (Excellence Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique) and got few national and international awards in different salons across the globe. I have also received A.CPE Distinction from Romania & Hony. Fellow from GG Club, India.
