I took this photo as a part of my time in my first photo class, and was one I took at just the right moment. I was framing for the bike rack, which is the lone circle, when my light meter changed and I readjusted my aperture to fit the meter. When I snapped the picture, I looked up from my camera and saw the cyclist riding past me on the other side of the glass front of the cafe I was in. I was really giddy to get back to the darkroom and develop this roll the rest of the day, and it remains one of my favorite photos I’ve taken!
