This was taken from a Ferry when I was on a trip to Chandpur. Apparently catching Hilsa fish is illegal in that time (Sep/Oct) as the its their breeding season but due to the severe poverty some fishermen catch them knowing they may have to go to jail if they are caught.

This particular fisherman was practically begging a guy to buy his fishes as he needed the money to sustain his family. It was that time the picture was taken.
