Giuseppe is a swordfish seller, he has never been to sea, Giuseppe is 79 years old and cannot swim.
So he inherited his father’s fish table at the age of 18.
Every week he buys an adult swordfish from the fish market and cuts it on the same cutting board as his father and sells it at 20 euros per kg to tourists in Aspra.
