I captured this image of an elderly woman and her dog during my first visit to Barcelona in summer of 2017. We were wandering parallel streets of Barceloneta area of the city with a friend when I spottd this cute couple. Abuelas (“grandma” in Spanish) like her make me feel like they might know more about their neighborhoods than a local detective.
