Bakarwals on their journey back home with their herd. Bakarwals is a Muslim nomadic community of northern region of Jammu and Kashmir in India who rear sheep to earn their livelihood. Looking for greener pastures they make an annual journey to higher reaches in summers and return back on onsets of winters and happily they brave inclement weather and wild animals while undertaking their journey.
