Ícaro was born as Juan Miguel Ramirez Escalante on the 29th of September 1960 in Cuernavaca, México. He’s an Architect with a Master in Design, a photographer since he was 11 years old. He also learns from Rene Barcenas and Antonio Berlanga, well known Mexican photographers. His work is a dream of light. The light, like cameras, kept in mind, and the night, this light sticks out into our dream. These are dreams that become the images that Icaro preserves in his little black box. Using humble and handy not imaginable objects; He creates and recreates moments, atmospheres, and ideas; Darkness with light or Light with darkness; He has fixed with the watermelons.
