I’m Subhrarup Banerjee born and brought up in Kolkata (India), graduated from Calcutta University in commerce stream. I have a deep love for painting right from my childhood. Capturing moments through the lenses of the camera and draw it on canvas from the memories has got some similarities aesthetically. As a painter, I used to collect moments observed facial expressions, body languages from the streets which is being helpful to me while taking photos. Now a days I am working in a pharmaceuticals company as a Medical reprentatives.I have to travel here and there as per my job.Travelling around here and there, I feel as if I can capture all the activities of these people through the lens,I have started my photography carrer on 2010. After a few months I bought a second hand DSLR camera from a social site. I am a true lover of light and shadow,I also like to capture portraits, various rituals, festivals and celebration of Bengal.My family,friends and my well wishers they are always supporting me and encouraging a lot otherwise it would not be possible for me to continue this thrilling journey which constantly motivates me to learn something new.
