I come from Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, a small country in Europe, on the border between the Balkan mentality and capitalism. At the age of 35 I changed my life, quitting my corporate job and starting to express my creative side with photography and writing, somehow a crazy or daring path as a single mother of two. I seem to be the only female street photographer in our country. Street photography for me is poetry, the possibility of recording moments for the future. For ten years, street photography has allowed me to push the limits of my courage to master my introverted side and expand my photography knowledge every time I take to the streets. The creative process never ends, from the moments of a dark hole where I can't seem to see anything, to the moments when I feel butterflies when I press the shutter button.
